  • Tents ($100/5 hour timeslot – with 2 picnic tables and 1 serving table), BBQ’s ($20 – includes propane and utensils) are all available for rental. You can ask us for a specific tent but we may not be able to accommodate. You may come anytime within your timeslot.
  • Tent rental prices do NOT include any admission. Admission tickets sold separately.
  • Want to stay warm? We have propane fire pits available for rent for $25.
  • We ask for approximate numbers so we can find the best tent for your group. Admission tickets are not included with the tent rental. Everyone that comes MUST come with a ticket and receive a wristband.
  • We serve food onsite but you are welcome to bring your own and eat at your tent.
  • You are welcome to bring in caterers to serve food. Please contact us prior so we know when and who is coming.
  • $25 non-refundable deposit if canceled less than 12 hours prior to event
